I used to think the Hey Arnold! Backdrop was Pittsburgh, New York, and Chicago all put together 😄👍🏻. But then again I was young so it didn’t matter 😄.

If I could write a Hey Arnold! Episode, I would say that it could be about how Jarold was raised. To go deeper into the backstory of how his parents met, because no one really gets to see what his parents look like. Also, how him and Arnold became friends.
